Repetition  2

Byzantium - An increasing power

The Byzantium - An increasing power

Introduction

The third section of the history mainly refers to the period of Justinian. Here the Byzantine Empire successfully treats a number of internal problems and external threats. It spreads to Spain and includes within its territory  the Mediterranean Sea by converting her into "Byzantine Lake". The Nika riots in the capital and the building of Hagia Sophia are two dominant themes of the chapter.

Description

At the end of each chapter  there is a  repetitive examination to determine the degree of understanding of the various modules . The teaching approach for this examination was planned in two steps:
1st Students in groups prepare questions to the repetitive examination themselves.
2nd Before the  examination  was scheduled a repetition of the chapter with the use of various ICT programs and tools.

These are group activities  based on the  Costructivism Theory in Education
